The main role of social media is to humanize brands. With each social post, we captured the essence that connected UPS with their audience, whether by highlighting the company's rich history dating from 1911, or by saying "hi" with a quick and simple cinemagraph to everyone biking to work, much like company founders did, with a nod to problem-solving qualities.
