Positioning TaxSlayer as a straightforward brand led to an idea of Leigh, a friendly spokesperson who prevents unfortunate surprises from occurring to everyone around her. So do the hidden fees with tax preparation — the simple pricing of TaxSlayer prevents the user from unexpected surprises that often occur within the category. Integrated campaign included visual rebrand, TV spots, display, social videos, and website redesign.
